Lopud Apartments prices are given per apartment per night. Prices do not differ depending on the number of the guest in the accommodation unit. All taxes are included. Please note that you can check availability of each accommodation unit on its dedicated page.

FAQ

Payment Policy

In order to make a booking, you will be asked to pay 30% of the total cost of the stay via bank transfer. We will then request the 70% balance payment after you check in in cash or again via bank transfer. We do not accept credit card payment. If you prefer to pay via credit card, our apartments are also available for booking via Airbnb & Booking.com web sites. However, the prices there are higher due to their fees.

Cancellation Policy

If a you wish to cancel a reservation, your deposit payment will not be refunded. We will do our best to reschedule the stay for alternative dates. The rate is defined according to the seasonal rate valid on the day of actual travel.

Guests are required to have read and understood these before submitting a reservation request. We strongly urge guests to consider travel insurance to help in the case of extenuating circumstances.

“This space is perfect for 1-3 people. Beti was easy to communicate with. Her family was helpful and friendly. The patio and outdoor spaces were beautiful and it was easy to find shade. It is a hike up from the village, but only takes a few min (<5). The kitchenette was well stocked, but we mostly ate out. The restaurant nextdoor is a must (Peggy).“

“Ein perfekter, liebevoll gepflegter Ort. Sauber, freundlich unproblematisch. Der Jakuzi bekommt täglich frisches Wasser, es gibt eine schicke Freilanddusche, der private Bereich ist um die Ecke, also gut abgeschirmt. Die reichlichen Treppen gaben wir als Workout interpretiert, zur Stärkung gab es Tomaten aus eigenem Anbau vom Vermieter geschenkt. Lopud ist für uns die perfekteste elephatische Insel, immer noch autofrei, ein Ort um abzuschalten, aber es gibt auch Bars und Restaurants, sogar mittlerweile zwei Supermärkte. Tagsüber ist viel Volk zu betrachten, aufgrund der Tagestouristen, abends wird es sehr ruhig. Wer das mag, ist hier richtig.“

“Highly recommend staying here for a night or two if visiting Dubrovnik and the Elafiti islands! The host family was absolutely wonderful, meeting us at the dock, showing us the apartment, and welcoming us with crepes and lemonade! “Nous avons été accueillis par la maman de Bety, et ne l’avons pas vu durant notre séjour. Citronnade , gâteaux et cerises nous ont été offert à notre arrivé! 👍 Le logement est impeccable, très belle vue, le jardin est reposant et très varié. A qqs marches d’escaliers plus bas se trouve un très bon restaurant d’ailleurs, ou j’ai pu manger des calamars grillés au barbecue! ( plat que j’avais adoré il y a 15ans sur l’île voisine kolocep), mais qui malheureusement n’est pas proposé par les autres restaurants le long de la plage qui ne sont que pour les touristes“

“I recently visited Lopud and stayed in Beti’s place for the second time. Having stayed here previously in 2018, I had such a good memory that, while planning my first trip post pandemic, was inspired to return! As before, I would say the outstanding feature of this apartment is the beautiful view and comfortable terrace. Perfect for chilling out with a book, glass of wine, meal. It is also very peaceful, set up on a hill a few minutes from the sea front, surrounded by lush greenery, and the vegetable garden owned by Beti’s family. Beti’s Mum was very hospitable. Would recommend Lopud if you are interested in walking along forest trails, sandy beaches, and relaxing in an atmosphere with no cars, mopeds, loud music. Expect to keep fit, as there are steps everywhere. (88 steps to Beti’s apt alone!) The season seems to start in May. I found on my recent visit quite a number of restaurants and shops were open. Whereas my previous visit was in April, and it was much quieter. “
